For more than 30 years, San Clemente has been my family's home and the community I am proud to serve. As an architect and small business owner with 36 years of experience in design, planning, and project management, I understand how to balance growth with the character that makes our city special. As a member of the San Clemente Chamber of Commerce, I've seen firsthand what our local businesses need to thrive.
My service on the Planning Commission and Design Review Subcommittee has been focused on protecting our coastal charm while allowing thoughtful, responsible development. I've spent 4.5 years listening to residents, asking hard questions, and working to ensure projects fit San Clemente—not the other way around.
Whether I'm surfing at San Clemente beaches, walking the Pier with my wife, worshiping at Calvary South OC, or reviewing land-use policies, my goal is the same: to put residents first, lead with integrity, and keep San Clemente a safe, vibrant community for all.

I will strengthen public safety resources and stand behind our police, fire, and lifeguard teams so our neighborhoods and beaches remain safe places for families to live, work, and play.
Protecting Our Small-Town Coastal Character
I will work to preserve San Clemente's small-town charm by ensuring that any new development respects our community's scale, architecture, and coastal village feel.
Compassionate, Accountable Homelessness Solutions
I will address homelessness with both compassion and accountability, connecting people with services and support while keeping our public spaces clean, safe, and accessible for everyone.
Responsible, Transparent Stewardship of Taxpayer Dollars
I will insist on fiscal responsibility at City Hall, prioritize essential services, and make sure every taxpayer dollar is spent wisely, openly, and with clear accountability.
Local Control Over Our Community's Future
I will fight to keep decision-making power in San Clemente's hands and push back against unfunded state mandates that undermine our community's ability to shape its own future.
Safeguarding Our Coastline for the Next Generation
I will protect our beaches, trails, and open spaces through responsible environmental stewardship and practical, sustainable coastal management so future generations can enjoy the San Clemente we love.
Supporting Strong Families and Community Values
I will champion family-friendly policies, support our local schools and youth programs, and foster a connected, vibrant community that reflects the values we share in San Clemente.
